About Lobbius
Lobbius was created to solve a simple problem: corporations lobby for themselves every day, but everyday Americans are largely shut out of that process. We exist to change that.
Our Purpose
Lobbius was founded on the belief that every American deserves a meaningful voice in the public policies that shape their lives. For too long, political influence has been dominated by corporations and well-funded interests, leaving everyday people without organized representation.
We exist to change that. By pooling resources and coordinating collective civic engagement, we help hardworking Americans participate more effectively in the policy process and engage decision-makers on issues that matter to them.
Our purpose is simple: to promote public-interest advocacy, increase accountability with our politicians, and ensure that the perspectives of everyday Americans are present in our government.
Our Approach
We believe in the power of collective civic engagement. When individuals come together around shared public policy concerns, they become a force that can be heard. Our approach is built on three pillars.
Unity
We bring together people from diverse backgrounds, professions, and perspectives who share a commitment to improving public policy outcomes for the public good.
Expertise
We work with experienced policy professionals who understand the legislative process and can effectively communicate public-interest priorities to decision-makers.
Transparency
We operate with clear and open communication, ensuring our members understand how resources are used and how advocacy efforts are carried out.
Our Core Values
These principles guide everything we do and every decision we make.
Integrity
We operate with honesty and transparency in our research, communications, and advocacy so the public can trust the information we share.
Empowerment
We equip individuals with knowledge, tools, and opportunities to engage meaningfully on public policy issues that affect their lives.
Fairness
We support fair access to civic participation and believe public policy should be informed by diverse voices across economic and social backgrounds.
Persistence
We engage in sustained, issue-focused advocacy and public education, recognizing that meaningful policy progress requires long-term effort.
Accountability
We promote accountability in public decision-making by increasing awareness, understanding, and public scrutiny of influence in government.
Solidarity
We foster collective civic engagement by encouraging people to work together around shared policy concerns and public-interest goals.
